2018 - June 21 to 23 - Back to LV, Off to Vermont

Heading back to Vegas on July 22 after our great trip to San Diego.

We were all up well before the crack of dawn on the 23rd to make it to the Las Vegas Airport in time for our 7:30 departure for Vermont to see Grammie and Grandpa Bill.  We decided to have breakfast at the airport to save some time at home.  Of course, Liam did not want anything on the menu at the diner at the airport.  So he and Mary headed to the nearby Starbucks to find a muffin or similar.  He settled on a chocolate croissant and an apple.  Yum.

The flight took us to Chicago O’Hare where we had lunch at Wolfgang Puck’s.  Liam had a pepperoni pizza.  Then it was onto another plane (delayed of course) for our flight to Manchester, New Hampshire, and then the 2 ½ hour drive to Deb and Bill Roya’s in the wilds of Vermont.  After a dinner stop midway on drive we arrived about 11:30 PM, a very long day.  Only heard “when will we get there” a few times.
